WhyThis Retreat Matters
Modern life asks so much of women—balancing demanding careers, family commitments, relationships, and the invisible load of holding everything (and everyone) together. It’s easy to lose touch with your own needs, let alone your dreams or true direction.
This women’s retreat in Snowdonia, North Wales is your invitation to step away from it all—even just for a few days. Here, there’s no need to wear the strong mask or hustle for your worth. You receive deep permission to slow down, get real rest, and simply be yourself—in a space free from pressure and expectation.
We’ll move between dance, song, nature inquiry, shared meals, and moments for inner reflection—always with warmth, science, and a touch of wonder. The experience is co-facilitated by me, Caroline Mason, and Jenny Mackewn, ensuring the space is beautifully held for true transformation.
You’ll find yourself surrounded by stunning wild nature and a supportive community of women—free to exhale, restore your energy, and reconnect with what truly matters most. Whether you crave clarity, inspiration, confidence, or true breathing space, these days are yours to reset, rise, and reclaim your natural rhythm.
As well as deep rest and renewal, you’ll leave with practical tools and simple practices to integrate into everyday life—empowering you to lead, care, and live with more ease.
At the heart of Rest & Rise is this: you come as you are, reconnect with your own wisdom, and return home lighter, more alive, and with a renewed sense of self.
What You’ll Experience
Daily circles
Led by Caroline and Jenny, blending dialogue, embodied practice, and creative exploration

Fostering sisterhood, belonging, and deep rest.

Caroline is an ICF-certified executive and team coach, a certified trainer with the Centre for Compassionate Leadership, and a trustee of LEAF, a global food and farming certification body. She has trained leaders, coaches, and communities across sectors—developing advanced accreditation programmes in systemic coaching and team constellations with the International Coaching Federation, teaching at the University of Bath, and introducing Transition Towns training to cities in the UK and France. Most recently, she has joined the new Naess Centre in Portugal, leading retreats on letting go and letting come.
Jenny’s presence is both grounded and playful, combining deep wisdom with a lightness of touch that makes real change possible.
