You’re standing at the edge of something bigger than the life you’ve been holding together. Something inside you is stirring stronger now, harder to ignore.

On the surface, everything may look fine. But deep down, you are stuck in: the routines, roles, and expectations that once fit…don’t anymore.

You’re tired of pushing.

Tired of holding it all.

Tired of living slightly out of alignment with yourself.

Deep inside, a quiet, clear voice is urging you to change something, to trust yourself, to stop abandoning your own needs, and to finally make a shift.

It’s telling you:  This is your moment.

This is your moment to trust yourself.  To set yourself free

To take the leap and step into your power, let go of what’s keeping you stuck, and ignite the courage to revive dreams, break free from unhealthy patterns and create a life that feels unapologetically yours.

Your dream of a deep awakening is about to come true on the mystical land of Snowdonia

What others say

Working with Jenny has inspired my work with teams to become more playful, confident and productive. Her programs have introduced me to new tools and ways of seeing a group of people and their potential. Up to this day I continue to use the course materials she curated as an important source for my own work. But most importantly through these programs I have met a group of amazing energetic changemakers all over the world.

Mats Siffels

Independent strategist and co-creator

Working with Caroline, I genuinely felt listened to and supported. She helped me move from feeling overwhelmed to being calm, confident, and able to take proactive, practical steps to reconnect with myself and strengthen my resilience.

What Jenny and Caroline provides is completely brilliant. Expect to dive in at the deep end, get straight into practice the methods, learning from your peers, and being supported by this wonderful team.

What can you share about the Retreat experience?

Your retreat experience begins before you ever step foot in Snowdonia. About three weeks before your arrival, you’ll have a gentle, private coaching session (15 minutes, via Zoom) with Caroline or Jenny—an invitation to explore what’s calling you, the enquiry you’ll carry during retreat, and how we can support you best. It’s the first step in co-creating a truly bespoke and nourishing experience.

This transformation retreat is shaped by those who gather, the energy of the moment, and the wisdom of the land. Here’s a flavour of what you can expect—anchored enough to reassure, always open to play, fun, and emergence.

Day 1 Wednesday 9th: Arrivals, Welcoming & Grounding

  • Arrive and settle in from 4pm.
  • Welcome circle outdoors on the historic bell tent pads (or in the cosy barn if it’s wet): time to land, meet each other, and gently begin letting go.
  • Grounding & gratitude practices on the lawns below Rhiw Goch’s ancient walls help us reconnect with bodies, earth, laughter, and each other.
  • A relaxed communal supper and gentle reflection open the retreat.

Day 2 Thursday 10th: Setting Your Intention & Inquiry

  • Gentle morning movement or mindful nature walk
  • Guided circle (outdoors or in the barn): connect to what brought you here, explore your personal “question” for the retreat.
  • Outdoor solo time—walk stone paths, meander lawns, or rest in the woods, listening for your own wisdom and nature’s messages.
  • Creative practices (journaling, drawing, movement) to capture insights and find your “still, small voice.”
  • Evening sharing circles around the fire pit—deepening connection and witnessing each other’s questions and intentions.
  • Delicious shared meals, time to rest, optional song or movement to close.

Day 3 Friday 11th:

Deeper Journeying & Nature Immersion

  • Morning check-in and gentle embodiment practice.
  • Nature quest or intuition walk—guided solo time in pastures, woodlands, or by flowing streams.
  • Group reflection and supportive coaching to clarify what you’ll embrace and what you’re ready to release.
  • Afternoon workshops—movement, expressive arts, or constellation work (always tailored to group needs).
  • Evening gratitude ritual: gratitude as a lever for bringing more joy and ease into your life.
    Caroline Mason Coaching - Retreats

    Day 4 Saturday 12th: Integration & Emergence

    • Gentle movement and mindfulness in the barn or outdoors.
    • Harvesting your journey—sharing, mapping, or expressing visually the transformation you’ve experienced.
    • Closing circle: presencing, sensing into what’s next, and gathering resources to bring home.

Day 5 Sunday 13th morning: Celebrating & Farewell

    • Integration circle: ceremony to celebrate what has come, and what you’re letting go of.
    • Check out at 10am, departure 12noon.

    Every Day Offers:

    • A choice of walks, from gentle lawns and smooth paths to wilder mountains (supportive for all mobilities).
    • Wild swimming.
    • Indoor and outdoor practice spaces: barn studio, Lodge, the woods, trails, streams.
    • Opportunities for laughter, play, rest, connection, and soulful conversation
    • A flexible, responsive rhythm—some structure, always shaped by you and the group

The retreat follows a spiral path: from arrival and grounding, to deepening inquiry, to letting go and listening (to self & nature), then emerging renewed. Whether you come seeking clarity, rest, or joyful connection, your journey is honoured start to finish.
