WhyThis Retreat Matters

There’s something powerful about a women’s retreat in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales where you can truly pause and reconnect. Away from everyday demands, there’s space to exhale, reflect, and recharge. Held close to Imbolc—the Celtic festival of the returning light—this retreat is for tending your inner flame and renewing your energy for the months ahead.
This is not a “fix yourself” workshop or a corporate away-day. It’s a soulful invitation to lay down what’s not yours and pick up what feels true. Together, we’ll rest, reflect, reconnect—embracing authenticity and community in a setting designed for women’s wellbeing and leadership renewal.
What You’ll Experience
Daily circles
Led by Caroline and Jenny, blending dialogue, embodied practice, and creative exploration
Wholesome, home-cooked meals—vegetarian, vegan, and quality meat options—shared in community
Walk, rest, and absorb the healing beauty of Snowdonia National Park
Fostering sisterhood, belonging, and deep rest.
Reflective, restorative, and joyful.
You’ll leave not with a to-do list, but with a felt sense of spaciousness, connection, and clarity. ✨
