✨ Early Bird: Book by 30th November 2025 – £585 (save 10%)

WhyThis Retreat Matters

There’s something powerful about a women’s retreat in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales where you can truly pause and reconnect. Away from everyday demands, there’s space to exhale, reflect, and recharge. Held close to Imbolc—the Celtic festival of the returning light—this retreat is for tending your inner flame and renewing your energy for the months ahead.

This is not a “fix yourself” workshop or a corporate away-day. It’s a soulful invitation to lay down what’s not yours and pick up what feels true. Together, we’ll rest, reflect, reconnect—embracing authenticity and community in a setting designed for women’s wellbeing and leadership renewal.

What You’ll Experience

Daily circles

Led by Caroline and Jenny, blending dialogue, embodied practice, and creative exploration

Wholesome, home-cooked meals—vegetarian, vegan, and quality meat options—shared in community

Walk, rest, and absorb the healing beauty of Snowdonia National Park

Fostering sisterhood, belonging, and deep rest.

Reflective, restorative, and joyful.

You’ll leave not with a to-do list, but with a felt sense of spaciousness, connection, and clarity.  ✨

Meet Your Guides

Caroline Mason — Caroline is a coach, facilitator, and women’s leadership guide who specialises in helping women reconnect with their truth, regulate their nervous systems, and lead in ways that honour both ambition and wellbeing.

With over 20 years’ experience leading change across global organisations — including as former Head of Agriculture, Fisheries and Aquaculture at Co-op (£5.4bn food brand) — she brings both depth and practicality to her work.

Caroline is an ICF-certified executive and team coach, a certified trainer with the Centre for Compassionate Leadership, and a trustee of LEAF, a global food and farming certification body. She has supported senior leaders and teams across five countries, combining evidence-based learning with embodied, somatic approaches to create transformation that lasts.

Known for her warmth, systems-thinking perspective, and ability to create psychological safety, Caroline holds spaces where women can lay down the weight of expectation, breathe deeply, and rediscover their natural rhythms of power, presence, and aliveness.

Jenny is a writer, facilitator, and pioneer of creative leadership with over 30 years’ experience in holding transformative spaces.

She is internationally recognised for her expertise in systemic constellations, creative approaches to leadership, and organisational change, and has designed and led some of the most innovative learning programmes of the last two decades. Jenny created and directed the MSc in Transformative Leadership and Organisational Development at the Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University, co-founded Schumacher College’s much-loved Co-Creative Leadership programme (running since 2015 and still selling out today), and has been a long-time faculty member at Schumacher, where she continues to develop and lead programmes in regenerative business, creative facilitation, and collaborative leadership.

Her work extends internationally. She has trained leaders, coaches, and communities across sectors—developing advanced accreditation programmes in systemic coaching and team constellations with the International Coaching Federation, teaching at the University of Bath, and introducing Transition Towns training to cities in the UK and France. Most recently, she has joined the new Naess Centre in Portugal, leading retreats on letting go and letting come.

Jenny’s presence is both grounded and playful, combining deep wisdom with a lightness of touch that makes real change possible. She brings imagination, humanity, and authenticity into every room she steps into—and is passionate about community, creativity, and the power of women coming together to co-create the future.

“Working with Jenny has inspired my work with teams to become more playful, confident and productive. Her programs have introduced me to new tools and ways of seeing a group of people and their potential. Up to this day I continue to use the course materials she curated as an important source for my own work. But most importantly through these programs I have met a group of amazing energetic changemakers all over the world.”
